We believe the best marketing is both smart and humandriven by data, guided by empathy, and fueled by curiosity.Our Strategy team partners with DTC ecommerce brands to design and execute lifecycle marketing programs that drive retention, engagement, and revenue.About the RoleWere looking for a Contract Email & SMS Lifecycle Strategist with deep expertise in DTC ecommerce and Klaviyo to support lifecycle and retention initiatives across client accounts.This is a hands-on, execution + strategy role for someone who has owned lifecycle marketing end-to-end from building campaigns and flows in Klaviyo to optimizing performance based on revenue, conversion, and retention metrics.Youll step into active projects, move quickly, and contribute both execution and strategic thinking to improve lifecycle performance.What Youll DoLifecycle Strategy & OptimizationOwn and optimize email & SMS lifecycle programs for DTC ecommerce brandsDesign and refine customer journeys across lifecycle stages (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Winback, etc.)Identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and revenue performanceKlaviyo ExecutionBuild, test, QA, and deploy campaigns and automations directly in KlaviyoSet up segmentation, personalization, and triggered flowsEnsure campaigns are responsive, accurate, and aligned with brand standardsPerformance & InsightsAnalyze lifecycle performance using Klaviyo and ecommerce dataRun A/B tests across subject lines, creative, messaging, and timingTranslate performance data into clear, actionable optimizationsCollaborationPartner with internal teams (strategy, creative, account) to align lifecycle work with broader marketing goalsPrepare and QA creative assets using Figma or Canva as neededWhat You Bring (Required)36+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing for DTC ecommerce brandsHands-on ownership of Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation, deliverability)Experience building and optimizing revenue-driving lifecycle flowsExperience working within Shopify-based ecommerce environmentsAbility to connect lifecycle performance to business outcomes (revenue, conversion rate, retention, LTV)Experience managing multiple projects or brands in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyPreferred ExperienceExperience using GA4 to analyze lifecycle performanceExperience with Recharge or subscription-based ecommerce modelsFamiliarity with SMS platforms such as Postscript, Attentive, or TwilioExperience supporting high-volume ecommerce campaigns (e.g., BFCM)Agency experience or managing multiple client accounts recblid u3aipnryyw4ea0a087388j8qb64v3n
