The RoleWe are seeking a high-caliber Solution Architect to design and drive the evolution of complex, large-scale systems. You will act as the bridge between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring our "API-first" enterprise vision is realized through disciplined design and modern cloud architectures.You will be part of a global team leveraging AWS, GCP, and Azure to build resilient, distributed systems that integrate seamlessly with platforms like Salesforce Health Cloud.What Youll DoArchitectural Leadership: Receive epic/feature assignments and partner with Product Owners and Dev Leads to turn requirements into robust system designs.System Design: Create solution artifacts (sketches, diagrams, PPTs) and present them to stakeholders and Infrastructure SMEs for vetting.Integration Excellence: Leverage and create architecture patterns for systems integration, focusing on distributed computing, concurrency control, and race condition management.Agile Collaboration: Deliver superior software products via Agile/SAFe methodologies, facilitating meetings with partners to build consensus.Must-Have QualificationsSystems Integration: Significant experience designing and developing complex, integrated systems with a rigorous approach.Technical Stack: Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and message queuing infrastructures.Cloud & Infrastructure: Strong experience with both cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and on-premise services.Architectural Fundamentals: Deep understanding of Design Patterns, distributed computing, and requirements estimation.Soft Skills: Exceptional influencing, consensus-building, and communication skills to work across product, program, and engineering teams.Nice-to-HavesAdvanced Cloud: Specialized experience in AWS/GCP Cloud Native offerings.Data Mastery: Expertise in RDBMS and NoSQL (MongoDB), including sharding and normalization trade-offs.Emerging Tech: Experience with Gen AI (RAG frameworks, Vector DBs) or Conversational AI (IBM WatsonX, Google DialogFlow).Platforms: Hands-on with Salesforce/ServiceNow for workflow-based solutions.Methodology: Familiarity with SAFe principles and CI/CD / DevOps pipelines. recblid 6w7wmx5zonp13ch1jtc2k648hwqjim
