About Technique GymnasticsTechnique Gymnastics is a 38,000 sq ft gymnastics facility serving children ages crawling through 18. We offer recreational and competitive programs including artistic boys and girls gymnastics, acrobatic gymnastics, kindergarten gym, ninja gym, tumbling, and trampoline. We are growing and looking for someone to take ownership of our events and camps program.Position OverviewThis is a leadership-based, part-time role managing youth camps, field trips, birthday parties, and other events. Must be available: Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (required)Tuesdays and Thursday: 3:30 PM-7:30 PM (required)Additional hours required during event days and seasonal campsWho This Role is ForYou have experience working with kids (coaching, teaching, camps, childcare, etc)You have helped organize or run events, classes or programsYou are reliable and can commit to a consistent weekly scheduleYou are comfortable leading staff and managing multiple responsibilitiesYou enjoy being active, organized, and taking ownership of your workWhat You'll Be Responsible ForPlanning and managingSummer, spring break, and fall campsBirthday partiesField tripsRecreational showcasesVendor fairs and special eventsCoordinating schedules, supplies, and logisticsPromoting events through basic marketing (social media, flyers, outreach)Scheduling and leading event staffOverseeing all event-day operationsCommunicating with families, staff, and vendorsWho We're Looking ForStrong organization and communication skillsDependability and follow-throughAbility to lead and manage othersPositive, team-oriented attitudePreferred:Experience in event coordination or program managementExperience with marketing or promotionsBackground in gymnastics, fitness, or sportsImportantThis is a structured role with consistent hours and responsibility for running programs. It it not a flexible or occassional position.
