The Business Analyst supports business and technology teams by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and helping deliver solutions that improve operations and business outcomes. The role works with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements for implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business and functional requirements.
Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Work with stakeholders, product, and technical teams to clarify requirements.
Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities.
Perform basic data analysis and prepare reports when needed.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in business analysis or similar roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with tools such as Excel, JIRA, or process mapping tools is a plus.
