Job Summary

Upperline Health is looking for a highly motivated AI Deployment Strategist to join its Business Operations & Strategy team. The role will partner with executive leadership to plan, manage, and execute the incorporation of AI across all operating functions, blending strategy, execution, and technical oversight. What You’ll Do

Executive Partnership, Communication, & Influence Build a multi‑year enterprise AI roadmap with the SVP Strategy & Analytics, CEO, and COO. Lead large‑scale or high‑impact meetings and workshops, including preparation of materials, driving decision‑making, and identifying concrete outcomes and next steps. Strategic Program Leadership & Execution Own implementation of AI products and solutions across every Upperline department. Partner with department leaders and engineering to execute highest‑impact incorporation of AI into departmental workflows. Plan work, assign workstreams to team members and yourself to align skills, development needs, and company timelines. Initiate partnerships that promote organizational objectives and change. Lead training sessions to ensure new solutions meet departmental needs and drive meaningful impact. Drive sustained department activation of AI, ensuring usage and demonstrable business value. Leverage Complex Data to Drive Analytical Insights & Problem Solving Immerse in critical departmental workflows to understand actual work processes and stitch data from disparate sources to identify opportunities and improvement recommendations. Break down complex problems into discrete tasks, scope projects with clear responsibilities and timelines, and lead execution. Assess performance of pilots and quickly end or modify them if they are not delivering expected results. Qualifications

3‑6+ years of experience focused on problem solving and leveraging artificial intelligence (e.g., management consulting with AI focus, operations at a growth‑stage company, deployment role in a software company). Healthcare experience not required – elite problem‑solving skills applicable to healthcare. Strong technical depth across coding, agents, and APIs with a practical understanding of AI systems in production. Ability to connect technical features to concrete business outcomes such as productivity, efficiency, cost reduction, and revenue impact. Highly self‑driven and relentlessly proactive; constantly moving toward the next improvement. Robust analytical skills with a track record of creative, resourceful problem solving using data and insights. Experience in stakeholder management and proficient at managing tasks and timelines across multiple teams to hit targets. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with diverse cross‑functional partners and build trust with leaders. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Highly adaptable, able to pivot on the fly. Strong bias toward action and accountability for outcomes. Highly organized, capable of building scalable processes. High standard for work product and dedication to driving organizational excellence. Keeps current with the fast‑moving AI landscape out of genuine interest. Benefits
