This is a client-facing role for a strategic practitioner passionate about programmatic retail media, specifically leveraging Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, and other programmatic retail environments. The successful candidate will demonstrate account and channel expertise, strive for repeatable success, and have a desire to question everything in pursuit of operational and client service excellence. They will be expected to provide confident recommendations and support leadership, backed by analytical experience. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of programmatic campaigns, utilizing audience-based targeting to drive results on and off-retailer. As an Account Manager, the ideal candidate will support and develop client relationships, provide platform expertise, and contribute to department and channel best practices. They will have a deep desire for constant improvement of process and development of themselves. RESPONSIBILITIES Execute programmatic retail media strategies with a focus on Amazon DSP activation Utilize retail data and audience insights to build sophisticated targeting frameworks for programmatic display and video Support the end-to-end programmatic workflow, from audience building and PMP setup to bid management and creative optimization Management of retail media network partnerships, inclusive of strategic approach, operational set up and ongoing optimization Support team on the day to day management of Amazon services for our clients: Amazon DSP audience creation and AMC integration Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) strategies Video activation Programmatic supply and PMP management Reporting & analysis Advise on inventory management where required Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders (i.e. cross functional teams) Support client teams in trade negotiations with retailers Support business development by contributing to pitches and cross-selling Croud Retail Media capabilities to existing clients Contribute to the growing global Croud Retail Media practice via participation in regular specialism meetings, trainings, thought leadership, research of new partners, and the development of case studies Support the development of, and deliver account development plans or roadmaps based on client campaign briefs or on client KPIs Support the creation and deliver flawless client-facing reports, based on accurate data and insightful analysis DESIRED QUALIFIACTIONS At least 2-3 years experience in digital marketing, demonstrating experience and knowledge in digital account management with a track record of meeting performance goals against sales-related KPIs Minimum of 1-2 years hands-on programmatic experience, specifically within Amazon DSP or a major Retail DSP Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including identity solutions, attribution models, preferably including clean room technology (AMC) Experience in 3rd party retail media management tools such as Skai, Pacvue, Criteo, etc. a plus Proven experience in client expectation management roles and situations, able to manage and direct client expectations Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proven problem solver who can support and manage clients deliverables and projects to deadlines Solutions orientated with a growth mindset Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with impeccable attention to detail Enjoy and understand working with data, especially via Microsoft Excel Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business admin, or related major a plus Experience with paid social media, programmatic, or other channels is beneficial COMPANY BENEFITS Every employee is eligible for the benefits listed on our careers site which include: ● 20 days vacation a year with 12 public holidays observed ● Enhanced paid parental leave ● Healthy in-office meals and snacks ● 401(k) Savings Plan (100% Matching up to 4%) ● Sales commission with pitch opportunities ● Full paid medical Insurance for employee (including dental and vision) ● Dependent contribution to medical, dental and vision coverage ● Employer paid life insurance coverage ● Monthly wellness membership stipend ● Access to health guidance and wellness resources ● Free Citi bike membership ● Hybrid workspace support - home office setup is provided ● Opportunity to work abroad in Croud’s international offices. ● Regularly scheduled social events and quarterly team offsites COMPENSATION Salary Range for this position is

$85,000 - $95,000

per year (DOE). Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on; among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications. Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
