The E‑commerce Growth Specialist will optimize digital storefronts, execute marketing campaigns and directly impact revenue growth. If you love fast‑paced environments, managing multiple projects and seeing your work translate into real results, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do Own & Optimize Shopify Stores
Manage and update 100+ Shopify storefronts
Refresh product listings, collections, and homepage features
Align shops with seasonal campaigns and client initiatives
Curate product assortments for events and programs
Keep storefronts fresh, engaging, and conversion‑focused
Drive Marketing & Revenue Growth
Launch promotions, product spotlights, and seasonal campaigns
Partner with sales to support revenue opportunities
Support initiatives that increase engagement and repeat purchases
Jump in on fast‑moving opportunities that require quick shop updates
Analyze Performance & Improve Results
Track shop and campaign performance (revenue, orders, engagement)
Identify opportunities to improve conversions and user experience
Turn insights into actionable merchandising and marketing updates
Collaborate with Brand Advisors to grow shop adoption
Share performance insights and recommendations
What We Require
2+ years in e‑commerce or digital marketing
Experience with
Shopify
(strongly preferred)
Hands‑on experience with email marketing campaigns
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
