Territories Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico
Each hire will cover 1–3 states, based on location and experience.
We’re open to candidates living in major hubs or mountain towns (examples: Aspen, Vail, Telluride, Park City, Jackson, Bozeman, Big Sky, Sun Valley, Denver, Phoenix, Scottsdale).

The Role You’ll own relationships and revenue in your territory, working directly with interior designers, architects, and contractors. Your focus is building trust, uncovering projects, educating clients, and growing accounts—while internal support handles much of the operational load.

so you’re fully equipped and confident
Activity Expectations (Typical)
~ 70 client meetings per month
~ 50 new client drop‑bys per month
Travel rhythms vary by territory. Some markets allow daily local meetings; others require focused travel weeks. You’ll also travel with vendors and plan territory weeks around their visits.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with designers, architects, and contractors
Prospect and open new accounts (strategic outreach + in‑person drop‑bys)
Lead high‑volume meetings and project discovery conversations
Educate clients on product lines, materials, sustainability, and provenance
Ask smart questions to uncover all active and upcoming projects
Follow up consistently and manage a clean, organized pipeline
Partner with internal support to deliver a seamless client experience
Coordinate travel and vendor weeks to maximize growth
Must Haves
World‑class sales skills (trust‑building, objection handling, closing)
Strong communication and adaptability
Self‑management, high energy, and a growth mindset
Passion for sustainability, craft, and meaningful design
Comfort with travel and a client‑facing schedule
Nice to Haves
Luxury home or high‑end clientele experience
Trade/design experience or an existing designer network
Showroom experience
Rug, textile, or furniture manufacturing knowledge
Compensation & Perks
