Membership Sales Manager - Fairfield, TX Location:

Hybrid (90% field-based within the local market; 10% remote)

Candidate must live within 50 to 75 miles of Fairfield, TX

Territory Coverage:

Anderson, Cherokee, Freestone, Henderson, Limestone, Navarro, Angelina, Houston, Montgomery, Polk, San Jacinto, Trinity, Walker counties

On Target Earnings:

$75,785.28-$180,000

Two fixed base salary options are available, $35,000 or $45,000 (nonnegotiable).

Includes Car Allowance and Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a community-driven Membership Sales Manager to increase awareness and sales of

AirMedCare Network (AMCN)

memberships throughout Fairfield, TX and surrounding counties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community, building trust face-to-face, and serving individuals, families, and local businesses across more rural and close-knit markets.

Through consistent local engagement, you will generate leads and memberships via both B2C and B2B sales, helping protect families and businesses from unexpected medical transport costs. The ideal candidate understands the importance of relationship-based selling, is comfortable managing a large geographic territory, and is passionate about serving their local communities.

About AirMedCare Network AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of

Global Medical Response (GMR) , the largest medical transportation company in the world. AMCN provides compassionate, high-quality medical transport services, including emergent air transport, FlyUHome, and ground ambulance programs. Our memberships are especially valuable to residents and businesses across rural communities where access to emergency medical transport can be critical.

Responsibilities

Drive Local Impact: Spend approximately 90% of your time in the field, engaging with local businesses (70% B2B focus) and individual consumers (30% B2C focus) across Fairfield and surrounding counties.

Develop Local Relationships: Identify and cultivate new leads through cold calling, referrals, county fairs, local events, chamber meetings, business associations, civic groups, and grassroots networking.

Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle—from initial conversation to close—using a consultative approach that educates prospects on the value of AMCN memberships.

Community Presence: Represent AMCN at community gatherings, health fairs, first responder events, and local partnerships to build brand awareness and trust within the market.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.

Sales Experience: 3+ years of B2C or B2B field sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting, preferred.

Territory Management: Comfortable working independently across a large, multicounty rural territory.

Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of emergency medical transport or insurance-related services, preferred.
