Membership Sales Manager – Fairfield, TX
Hybrid (90% field‑based locally; 10% remote). Candidate must live 50‑75 miles from Fairfield, TX. Territory includes Anderson, Cherokee, Freestone, Henderson, Limestone, Navarro, Angelina, Houston, Montgomery, Polk, San Jacinto, Trinity, Walker counties. On Target Earnings: $75,785.28 – $180,000. Base salary options: $35,000 or $45,000 (non‑negotiable). Includes car allowance and uncapped commission.
We are seeking a community‑driven Membership Sales Manager to increase awareness and sales of AirMedCare Network (AMCN) memberships throughout Fairfield, TX and surrounding counties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys out‑in‑the‑community engagement, building trust face‑to‑face, and serving individuals, families, and local businesses across more rural and close‑knit markets.
Through consistent local engagement, you will generate leads and memberships via both B2C and B2B sales, helping protect families and businesses from unexpected medical transport costs.
Responsibilities
Spend 90% of your time in the field engaging with local businesses (70% B2B focus) and individual consumers (30% B2C focus) across Fairfield and surrounding counties.
Identify and cultivate new leads through cold calling, referrals, county fairs, local events, chamber meetings, business associations, civic groups, and grassroots networking.
Manage the full sales cycle—initial conversation to close—using a consultative approach that educates prospects on the value of AMCN memberships.
Represent AMCN at community gatherings, health fairs, first responder events, and local partnerships to build brand awareness and trust within the market.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
Sales Experience: 3+ years of B2C or B2B field sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting.
Territory Management: Comfortable working independently across a large, multi‑county rural territory.
Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of emergency medical transport or insurance‑related services is preferred.
