The opportunity Our Digital Engineering practice supports public sector agencies with digital strategy, customer experience, process improvement, technology effectiveness, digital architecture, and program integration. You’ll advise U.S. government agencies as a Technical Architect for Dynamics/Power Platform projects.
Your key responsibilities
Function as part of implementation teams to finalize architecture specifications and design customizations or platform integrations.
Lead system design discussions and recommend alternatives, trade‑offs, and impact analyses.
Facilitate white‑boarding sessions and provide estimates on assigned tasks.
Quickly learn client information and translate data modeling, process modeling, and revision control systems.
Lead developers through technical architecture and mentor junior staff.
Write reliable, scalable code and conduct code reviews to uphold best practices.
Deploy solutions to downstream environments.
Additionally, you will fulfil Senior Manager‑level responsibilities within the firm, including:
Building and maintaining internal and external relationships.
Generating innovative client insights and contributing to thought leadership.
Identifying and escalating risks and issues.
Supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff; fostering a positive learning culture.
Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
Participating in business development initiatives.
Skills and attributes for success
Strong written, verbal, and client‑service communication skills.
Research skills to investigate client inquiries, regulations, industry practices, and emerging technologies.
Ability to create innovative insights and adapt methods to team and cultural needs.
Prior consulting experience.
To qualify for the role, you must have
At least a bachelor’s degree.
Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
Comfort working in‑person as needed.
Experience architecting Microsoft products.
Seven or more years of related work experience.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Microsoft certifications and additional consulting experience.
Expertise in developing written and visual communication products.
Excellent oral communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with clients and identify engagement follow‑on opportunities.

Competitive compensation: $142,600–$261,500 at base, with higher ranges for major metro areas.
