We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior
Video Editor
to join our team full-time. This role focuses on producing high-end, narrative-driven content across real estate, lifestyle, and YouTube formats, including long-form videos, trailers, and short-form cuts.
You will work remotely using our Los Angeles-based systems and collaborate closely with our team to deliver engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand and editorial style.
Responsibilities
Edit long-form YouTube content with strong pacing and audience retention in mind
Develop and refine voiceover structure and narrative flow
Create engaging trailers and short-form cuts from long-form content
Collaborate with the team to maintain and elevate a consistent editorial style
Deliver high-quality edits efficiently within deadlines
Manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables in an organized manner
Advanced proficiency in
DaVinci Resolve
(primary editing platform)
Ability to work remotely via
Parsec
and operate Apple Studio systems
Strong and stable internet connection for seamless remote workflow
Comfortable working within a server-based environment
Creative Expectations
Strong storytelling instincts and narrative development skills
Good sense of music selection, sound design, and pacing
Understanding of YouTube content dynamics and audience retention strategies
Ability to contribute creative ideas while aligning with an established style
