Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Cruise and Travel Associates. In this remote position, you will assist clients in planning and booking travel experiences, including vacations, cruises, and group travel.
This role is ideal for those who are enthusiastic about travel, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a self-managed environment. Prior travel industry experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and needs
Research and recommend travel options, including flights, accommodations, cruises, and packages
Book and manage travel reservations using supplier platforms
Provide accurate pricing, itineraries, and travel documentation
Maintain ongoing communication with clients before, during, and after travel
Stay informed on travel trends, supplier updates, and industry policies
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with using digital booking tools and online systems
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop
No previous travel industry experience required
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
