Job Purpose As a Demand Generation Manager, you will strategise, execute, and measure demand programs that generate pipeline, particularly into Mid‑Market. Working closely with Field, Product, Brand, Sales, Revenue Operations, and external agencies, you will ensure unified strategy and execution. This role reports to the Head of Demand Generation and may be considered for a Senior title for candidates with advanced experience and demonstrated leadership. Main Responsibilities Campaign Leadership: Own strategy, execution, and measurement of global, integrated campaigns across Enterprise and Mid‑Market. Pipeline Accountability: Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales to ensure demand programs drive qualified pipeline with clear attribution and reporting. Cross‑Functional Partnership: Build strong relationships, manage projects, and foster collaboration to achieve alignment and on‑time delivery. Operational Excellence: Define and implement scalable processes for campaign intake, asset production, localisation, and reporting. Innovation & Experimentation: Pilot new campaign approaches and tools, scale best practices globally, and stay ahead of market trends. Risk & Resource Management: Anticipate blockers, prioritise resources, and maintain campaign velocity. Signal‑Based Automation and Scaled ABM: Set up scalable ABM processes using technology such as Clay and HubSpot for effective, always‑on campaigns. Requirements Demand Generation Experience: Deep experience in B2B demand generation with marketing operations expertise. Pipeline Impact: Proven ability to deliver pipeline impact through multi‑channel campaigns, including digital, events, partners, and BDR programs. Data‑Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Excel, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms. Stakeholder Influence: Track record of influencing cross‑functional and senior stakeholders to drive change. Operational Rigor: Experience maintaining high standards under pressure in high‑growth environments. Program Management & Communication: Strong program management skills and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines.
