Pay Rate: $32-$39/hour (includes a $27-$34 base hourly rate plus an average $5/hour company benefits contribution). What You'll Do:
* Install residential windows, doors, siding, decks, sunrooms, bathrooms, and other home improvements
* Perform accurate measuring, fitting, and finish carpentry
* Operate metal brakes and other tools safely and effectively
* Work on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts while maintaining safety standards
* Maintain clean, organized job sites
* Deliver excellent customer experiences
* Take pride in work that lasts
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in residential home remodeling and renovation
* Strong general carpentry skills and attention to detail
* Safe and proper use of hand and power tools
* Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
* Professionalism and commitment to high-quality workmanship
