The Director of First Impressions must be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities. The right fit for this position will be friendly and engaging and will want to help others on the highest level. The Director of First Impressions will handle a variety of tasks, but the largest of which is to be a smiling face that greets those who enter our Market Center. They must work with a sense of urgency and consideration for our agents' needs and take care of them in a timely manner. The Director of First Impressions must understand that to run effectively and efficiently, a Market Center must serve our associates at a high level. Responsibilities
Answer the phone properly with warmth and friendliness Properly route phone calls Greet everyone in a positive and cheerful manner Assist the Leadership Team Help to share the Market Center value story Receive and sort mail and deliveries Maintain the appearance of reception/common areas Care calls for calendar events Assist in maintaining social media Office communication Produce reports Enter listings into the MLS Qualifications
1-3 years of office experience and/or administrative support Spreadsheet expert Hospitality-minded and accommodating Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment The desire to grow and be part of a highly productive team Possesses a learning-based personality Great communication skills Organization Skills Neat, clean, professional appearance Excellent skills in Microsoft and Google Suite, MS Word/Excel, Zoom, and all social media Compensation $37,000 - $42,000 yearly About Keller Williams Realty Integrity Lakes Why Start Your Career with Keller Williams Realty?
