Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc. Answer incoming phone lines and direct accordingly. Manage voice mail/messages appropriately. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service and assist customers with payments, billing clarification, coverages, and policy changes. Schedule and confirm appointments. Maintain confidentiality with the capability of communicating sensitive or confidential issues with the utmost discretion. Qualifications
High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills Able to learn computer functions Spanish speaking is required This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Compensacin: $16.90 per hour About Our Agency
