Vice President of Marketing

Position Summary:

The Vice President of Marketing is a strategic and results-driven leader responsible for driving demand generation, improving conversion, and aligning marketing efforts to revenue growth. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring marketing initiatives directly support business performance across direct-to-consumer, case management, and provider sales channels.

As a key member of the leadership team, this individual partners closely with Sales and Operations to improve customer acquisition, 


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Align marketing initiatives with organizational priorities and long-term business objectives
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on market positioning, growth opportunities, and competitive landscape
  • Marketing Execution & Optimization
  • Lead and optimize integrated marketing efforts across digital channels, ensuring alignment to revenue generation, conversion performance, and customer acquisition goals
  • Prioritize marketing efforts toward revenue-generating activities and continuously reallocate resources based on performance and ROI
  • Continuously evaluate campaign and channel performance, identifying opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall marketing effectiveness
  • Analytics & Performance Management
  • Leverage data and performance insights to drive continuous improvement in lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition
  • Establish clear visibility into marketing performance, including lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue contribution
  • Regularly evaluate campaign performance and implement optimizations to improve outcomes
  • Operational Excellence
  • Build scalable marketing processes, frameworks, and systems to support growth
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and strong return on investment
  • Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources based on strategic impact and business needs
  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Set clear expectations, goals, and performance standards for the team
  • Build organizational capability by developing talent and strengthening team effectiveness
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment on growth strategies and customer experience
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual business planning processes
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations on marketing performance, insights, and strategic initiatives


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing and developing teams
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable business results
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to lead through influence, drive accountability, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills


Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting (6–8 hours daily) while working at a computer
  • Frequent use of standard office equipment, including keyboard and mouse
  • Ability to view screens for extended periods with strong visual acuity
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone and virtual platforms
  • Repetitive hand and wrist movements associated with computer use
