Senior Superintendent

We are searching for a Senior Superintendent for a general contractor specializing in ground-up multifamily projects. This candidate will lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-schedule project delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Direct day-to-day field operations on multifamily construction projects Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site logistics Develop and maintain project schedules, including lookaheads and sequencing Enforce jobsite safety programs and ensure full OSHA compliance Oversee quality control and ensure work meets plans, specs, and code requirements Partner with Project Management on budgeting, procurement, and progress tracking Lead site meetings, inspections, and reporting (daily logs, progress updates) Identify and resolve field issues to maintain productivity and schedule
Qualifications: Extensive experience supervising ground-up multifamily construction projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and building systems Proven ability to manage large teams and complex job sites Skilled in reading drawings, scheduling, and field coordination Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Delivers multifamily projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and performance.
