Description: Customer Service Professional who handles incoming and/or outgoing calls. Primary duties include answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Other assignments as necessary. Extensive phone experience and computer literacy are required. Candidates must have experience in customer service and payroll knowledge. A prime candidate would have worked in a call center or in a customer service capacity over the phone and have been involved in payroll functions in recent years. Skilled candidates should demonstrate abilities in de-escalation, documentation, research, organization, and ICARE values: Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Excellence. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting clearly and professionally with customers. Active listening involves providing full attention to callers to understand their concerns and needs. Effective problem-solving skills are necessary to analyze a situation, identify core issues, and find effective solutions. Required education includes a High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
