Tax Manager Real Estate
Woodbury, NY (local preferred | open to remote) Seeking a Tax Manager with strong real estate experience (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.) to lead engagements and support a growing client base. Details: Manage tax engagements from planning through delivery Review returns, extensions, and tax planning for C-Corps, S-Corps, Partnerships, and individuals Handle complex multi-state and consolidated filings Conduct tax research and respond to IRS/state inquiries Build client relationships and act as a key point of contact Mentor staff and oversee workflow, deadlines, and deliverables Support business development and proposals Skills: CPA or EA 7+ years of public accounting tax experience Strong background in real estate clients Experience with multi-entity and multi-state taxation Leadership and client-facing experience Spartan Placements is an equal opportunity employer.
