As an AT&T Account Manager, you will support daily sales operations while helping train, coach, and develop a team of customer service associates representing AT&T. You’ll work closely with leadership to execute sales initiatives, maintain brand standards, and contribute to long-term growth objectives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. What you will do as an AT&T Account Manager Train a team of customer service associates with sales and customer support strategies As an AT&T Account Manager you will be at the forefront of daily sales initiatives The AT&T Account Manager will support the execution of sales initiatives ensuring brand consistency Conduct weekly coaching sessions in order to ensure that sales goals are met as our designated AT&T Account Manager Look at sales data and market trends in order to develop long term growth objectives as an AT&T Account Manager The AT&T Account Manager will ensure that sales and customer service standards are adhered to Work closely with cross functional teams to meet organisational goals Key skills and qualifications of the AT&T Account Manager A Bachelor's degree in Business or Management is preferred but not required Proven experience in a sales, manager or leadership role and guiding team members Organisational and team management skills Communication and interpersonal skills Ability to take initiative and motivate others Manage team and multiple projects effectively Apply on CareerBuilder now and be our next AT&T Account Manager!
