Specialty Infusion - Chronic Sales Executive - Dallas, TX


In This Role, You Will:

  • Grow your territory by developing new referral relationships and strengthening existing partnerships.
  • Execute sales strategies that align with patient-first values and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical, operations, and pharmacy teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Educate providers and staff on specialty infusion therapies and service capabilities.
  • Address provider and patient needs with urgency, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Manage your territory like your own business—setting goals, tracking progress, and delivering outcomes that matter.


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of healthcare sales experience, ideally within infusion, specialty pharmacy, or home health.
  • Experience specializing in Immunoglobulin (IG) and/or Neurology-related therapies preferred.
  • Solid understanding of medical terminology and the infusion care landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage your territory independently.
  • Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel locally.


Bonus Points For:

  • Demonstrated success in infusion or specialty pharmacy sales.
  • Familiarity with CPR+ or similar healthcare CRM platforms.
  • Established relationships with providers in neurology, immunology, or rheumatology.
