As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an Account Manager to help nurture and grow our client relationships.


Position Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven MSP Account Manager to join our team and lead our managed service provider (MSP) client relationships. In this energetic role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, driving business growth through strategic account management, proactive communication, and innovative solutions. Your expertise in technology sales, B2B sales, and business development will empower you to build strong partnerships, identify new opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction at every touchpoint. Duties

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and coordinating service delivery with technical teams
  • Monitor account health and proactively address client concerns or needs
  • Schedule and participate in regular client check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
  • Oversee the lifecycle of sold projects from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth handoff, clear communication, and successful delivery in collaboration with technical teams
  • Track service usage, support tickets, and other key client metrics
  • Assist in proposal development and contract renewals
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and documentation tools
  • Assist in new client acquisition if opportunity arises.
  • Conduct warm calling campaigns to engage prospective clients and expand our market presence
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives and brand awareness


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or account management within an MSP or IT services environment
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and effectively
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated success in business development and relationship building with enterprise clients
  • Comfortable using productivity tools and CRM systems to manage tasks, communication, and client activity with consistency and accuracy
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, client feedback, and sales metrics for strategic planning
  • Leadership qualities that inspire collaboration within teams and foster a customer-centric approach
  • Eager to learn the IT services business, build new skills, and grow in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong interest in technology, customer relationships, and contributing to business growth


Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
