Core Responsibilities


As the face of our clients, you will act as a consultant for both new and existing customers. Your daily duties include:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers with professional energy and provide a world-class experience through face-to-face engagement.
  • Account Management: Use provided tablet technology to verify account information, process new orders, and facilitate contract renewals.
  • Consultative Sales: Listen to customer needs and suggest tailored solutions, including account upgrades, new promotions, and service terms.
  • Technical Execution: Utilize proprietary software to manage high sales volumes efficiently and ensure all data entry is accurate.
  • Performance Tracking: Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to maintain quality standards and report daily performance metrics to the leadership team.
