Robert Half’s client is looking for a Graphic Designer for an upcoming contract opportunity in the Boston. This role is anticipated to be hybrid, 3 days-per-week onsite. The Graphic Designer will support eCommerce and retail marketing initiatives by creating high‑quality digital and visual assets that align with brand standards and enhance the consumer experience across online and physical touchpoints. This opportunity is ideal for a designer with experience in agency, eCommerce, consumer, or related industries who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital and visual assets to support eCommerce, retail, and wholesale marketing initiatives
• Create graphics for websites, email campaigns, paid media, social channels, and retail environments
• Support product storytelling through compelling layouts, typography, and visual systems
• Adapt and apply brand guidelines across multiple consumer‑facing channels
• Partner with marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to translate concepts into execution‑ready designs
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting timelines and quality standards
• Prepare files for handoff, production, or deployment across digital platforms

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within agency, eCommerce, retail, or consumer industries
• Degree in graphic design, marketing, or related
• Strong portfolio of relevant design samples
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with Figma
• Experience designing for consumer‑facing channels
• Strong attention to detail, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally while working independently on assigned projects
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, iterative environment with evolving priorities
• Experience supporting global or multi‑channel brands
• Exposure to retail merchandising, campaign rollouts, or product launches a big plus
