PEG is hiring a creative and detail-focused Learning Experience Designer to support a high-impact project with a leading Fortune 500 company in St. Louis, MO. In this contract role, you’ll design and deliver learning solutions that solve real business challenges and engage a wide range of learners.
What You’ll Do Design and develop training materials using a range of tools and platforms
Create learning experiences that are clear, engaging, and aligned with company standards
Partner with subject matter experts to gather input and translate it into effective content
Manage timelines and keep projects moving to meet deadlines
Ensure learning solutions are practical, user-friendly, and tied to business needs
To Succeed, You’ll Need Experience developing digital learning and instructor-led training
Bachelor’s degree in communications, design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Ability to turn business needs into effective learning solutions
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams, including remote
High attention to detail and a drive to fully understand project requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong visual and instructional design sense aligned with brand guidelines
