What You’ll Do:

Recruit, attract, and retain top real estate talent.

Coach, mentor, and develop agents at all stages of their careers.

Oversee agent performance and help drive production growth.

Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing Act guidelines, and state real estate regulations.

Implement systems and processes that improve efficiency and agent success.

Partner with leadership on

marketing initiatives and retention strategies.

Track performance and deliver monthly/quarterly reporting.

What You Bring:

Active

Managing Broker License

(Illinois and/or Indiana).

3–5+ years as a successful, actively producing agent and/or broker leader.

Proven ability to

recruit, lead, and inspire agents.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

A positive, solutions-focused mindset — someone who lifts the room.
