$20.00 – $23.00/hr on W2 Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers and supports order processing activities. This role works closely with supply chain, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email Process and manage customer orders from entry to completion Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues and ensure timely delivery Track and manage the order-to-cash process Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP preferred) Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal teams Required Qualifications: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) Basic knowledge of ERP systems; SAP preferred Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
