About the Role
As a CBRE Marketing Senior Manager, you will lead a team that creates and implements marketing activities for multiple product lines, services, and market segments. The role involves designing, developing, and executing marketing programs that support CBRE’s products and services.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a strategic marketing partner to business leaders and sales professionals.
Provide formal supervision to employees, including monitoring performance, training, coaching, and recruitment.
Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities, set work schedules and department goals, and ensure deadlines are met.
Lead strategic property marketing efforts, propose creative ideas, build plans, and execute high‑end collateral.
Spearhead business development efforts with high‑profile clients to develop marketing concepts and materials.
Ensure marketing compliance with company standards, approve and review creative, copy, and timelines.
Present monthly and quarterly marketing reports to management.
Apply broad knowledge of the business to achieve team and departmental objectives.
Model CBRE RISE values, influence others, and maintain professional behavior.
Identify and solve complex technical and operational problems.
Understand the broader impact across the department and lead continuous improvement.
Coordinate and oversee project distribution to optimize team efficiency and timely completion.
Cultivate strong relationships with market leaders and provide regular updates on team initiatives.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience and education).
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
Exceptional communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
Experience with staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, and performance management.
Ability to handle sensitive, complex information and communicate expectations.
Strong leadership skills to motivate the team toward operational targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Excellent organizational skills and a curious mindset.
Intermediate math skills for financial calculations.
Experience managing a team of 5+ people.
