is seeking a
Director of Operations
to lead and scale its global data center operations function.
The Role As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the
end‑to‑end operational performance
of a rapidly expanding data center portfolio supporting AI and GPU‑dense workloads. You will play a critical role in establishing operational strategy, scaling teams and processes, and ensuring world‑class uptime, reliability, and efficiency. This is a senior leadership role with direct influence over
growth, operational excellence, and client delivery
in a high‑growth environment.
Key Responsibilities Own overall data center operations across multiple sites and regions Define and execute operational strategy aligned with rapid platform growth Build, lead, and scale site operations and facilities teams Ensure best‑in‑class uptime, availability, and resilience for high‑density environments Oversee power, cooling, capacity planning, and operational readiness Establish and refine SOPs, KPIs, and operational governance Manage vendor relationships and third‑party service partners Collaborate closely with engineering, real estate, and executive leadership Support customer onboarding and operational integration for AI workloads
Required Experience Proven experience in a
Director‑level (or senior operations leadership) role
within data centers, critical infrastructure, or HPC environments Strong background in
hyperscale, colocation, or owner/operator platforms Experience supporting
high‑density, GPU‑heavy, or AI‑driven environments
highly desirable Deep understanding of mission‑critical operations, M&E systems, and capacity planning Track record of scaling operations in fast‑growth or startup environments Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness
