We are seeking a Digital Solution Consultant Sr. Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Responsibilities

Lead discussions with stakeholders to understand business and user needs and translate them into technical requirements. Break down the business needs into features and stories to support the product vision.

Design software solutions that are user-friendly and align with business/market demands to deliver maximum efficiency and efficacy. Documentation should include user stories and acceptance criteria, and may include use cases, journey/story maps, business rules, data and process flows, gap analysis, and functional
on-functional specifications.

Maintain a backlog of user stories that meet the definition of ready. Prioritize the backlog to cover two sprints worth of ready stories for multiple scrum teams.

Work cross-functionally to identify dependencies, establish alignment and ensure transparent communication across teams for milestone deliveries.

Influence business decision-making, gain stakeholder buy-in for feature definitions, and use business data to support reasoning.

Serve as agile/scrum product owner. Attend daily scrums, provide guidance, facilitate sprint reviews, and conduct initial acceptance testing of each story. Participate in retrospectives and other ceremonies.

Represent the interests of the business and users to the development team; resolve impediments.

Prioritize the backlog based on value to the client, manage scope to deliver value each sprint, and contribute to release planning.

Build strong partnerships with software and quality engineers to satisfy business and user needs.

Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to peers; contribute to defining the product roadmap and aligning it with client and user goals.

Identify and help establish OKRs and KPIs; maintain metrics to measure the success of each feature.

Educate end-users and stakeholders on new features, solicit feedback, and iterate on product functionalities. Periodically convey product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.

Support clients in creating or revising related processes and/or marketing material by sharing product information and feedback.

Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to MVP, build and test, and release in an end-to-end fashion.

Mentor and coach junior product owners to develop their skills and navigate challenges.

Qualifications

8 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager.

Minimum 5 years of experience in full software development lifecycle.

Holds 2 of the following current certifications: CSPO, ACSPO, CSPPO, PSPO, Professional Scrum Product Backlog Management, Certified Product Manager, SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, SAFe Advanced Product Manager, SAFe Agilist.

Practicing emotional intelligence through self-management and situational compassion; social awareness to build trusting relationships.

Ability to write user stories/features, identify dependencies, testing, and design optimal solutions.

Flexibility to work with teams, individuals, and executives; willingness to handle a wide variety of work products and people.

Ability to establish credibility with business stakeholders, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence.

Excellent collaboration, communication, and active listening skills.

Preferred

Experience with GenAI or AgentForce.

Experience with GUS, JIRA, and Confluence.

Experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in a SAFe environment.
