Job Summary Commercial Lines Marketer at Dimond Bros. Insurance works closely with Commercial Lines Sales Executives to determine best and available markets and information needed to place new accounts within a timely manner. Description Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30. Duties/Responsibilities Work with Sales Executive to provide updates on upcoming submissions and request any outstanding items Follow-up with carriers so that new quotes are delivered on a timely basis; negotiate coverage/pricing/add-ons; verify returned quotes match requested coverage. Track marketing activities with complete applications, correspondence, and other required forms Provide top 3‑5 quotes and any specifically requested quotes to Sales Executive Create proposals timely to allow Sales Executive to make revisions; consistently accurate information is provided in the proposal Bind coverage on sold policy; submit standard "no-go" letters to other quoting carriers; turn account over to assigned Account Executive Maintain strong relationships with carriers Proven understanding and following of SOPs and Best Practices Position Requirements Insurance knowledge with comfort in discussing coverage with underwriters and insureds Strong PC skills, with the ability to effectively utilize the agency's management systems, Microsoft software products, and carrier resources Ability to work independently within a fast‑paced, changing environment Pro‑active, with the initiative to prioritize and meet deadlines Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing Ability to function well in a high‑paced, and at times, stressful environment Education And Experience Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License Minimum previous 5 years’ experience as a successful Commercial Lines Account Executive Proven commitment to continuous insurance education and growth About the Organization Dimond Bros.
