Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an accomplished Chief of Staff to support the Business Operations team at its top FinTech client. This is a high‑impact, hands‑on leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, strategic execution, and resource management across a fast‑moving business unit. The Chief of Staff will partner closely with senior leadership and work extensively across the product development lifecycle, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers. This role will lead a team responsible for key operational priorities, including managing operating cadences and executive agendas, ensuring clarity and alignment in communications, overseeing workforce and resource planning, and supporting executive decision‑making. As a trusted advisor and right hand to the executive, this individual will guide teams through complex initiatives, resolve competing priorities, and ensure the organization operates efficiently and effectively.

Skills and Requirements

  • 12–15 years of experience supporting C‑suite executives within complex, matrixed organizations
  • Deep experience working across the product development lifecycle with product managers, designers, and engineers
  • Proven background in business operations within a technology or FinTech environment
  • Strong ability to lead and adapt in ambiguous, fast‑paced settings
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
  • Experience in strategic planning, data, and insights within FinTech
  • Prior experience as a Product Manager
  • Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or program management
