
Technical Service Representative (HVAC/Refrigeration)

Technical Service Representative (HVAC/Refrigeration) – $23–$28 per hour
We are a growing leader in industrial and commercial refrigeration solutions, providing installation, maintenance, and technical service for complex mechanical and electrical systems. Our team works closely with manufacturers, facilities, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, high‑performance climate control solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Answer technical and parts calls, email inquiries, SMS, and chat from customers and field service personnel.
Assist in processing service claims and parts returns for warranty.
Report technical and parts issues to appropriate departments to ensure customer satisfaction and identify trends in product defects.
Review and help produce quality manuals and troubleshooting guides for customers and field service technicians.
Stay up to date with equipment to provide accurate customer service.
Process parts orders and return authorizations for customers and part distributors.
Work collaboratively with other functional areas to set and meet priorities that support the business strategy.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
5+ years in the refrigeration or HVAC industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with computer systems such as AX.
Strong troubleshooting ability and ability to sit for long periods of time.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Positive attitude, strong follow‑up, and ability to work well with others.
Customer service skills are a must.
Must be an organized individual who can effectively coordinate day‑to‑day responsibilities.
Work Requirements
