The Opportunity We are looking for a well-rounded carpenter who wants to do more than just "punch a clock." We are a growing company, and for the right person, this role is a direct path to a
Project Superintendent / Supervisory role.
We are looking for someone with a foundation in:
Foundations & Framing:
Comfortable with the "bones" of the house.
Exterior Systems:
Siding and specialized high-performance envelopes.
Finish Work:
High-end interior trim and architectural details.
The "High-Performance" Bonus:
If you are interested in fire-hardening, advanced building science, and energy efficiency, you will thrive here. If you are a great carpenter but haven't done "high-performance" yet—
we will teach you.
