Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Professional role located in Wesley Chapel, FL. The Leasing Professional will assist prospective and current residents with leasing needs, handle inquiries, provide property tours, and execute lease agreements. Responsibilities include managing leasing documentation, addressing resident concerns promptly, networking for prospective leads, and ensuring the property maintains a high standard of cleanliness and functionality.
Qualifications
Proficiency in property leasing activities, including conducting tours and managing lease documentation
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for building relationships with residents
Sales acumen to identify and convert potential leasing opportunities
Organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse leasing responsibilities efficiently
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a professional demeanor
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property management software is a plus
Prior experience in real estate or leasing is beneficial
High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred
