Customer Service Representative
Reports to: Customer Service Manager This role is based at the Hanes Geo Components (HGC) location in Winston‑Salem, NC, a division of Leggett & Platt Inc. The HGC team is the leading industrial distributor of erosion control and soil stabilization products used in the construction industry. Responsibilities: Accurately enter customer orders that are received on the telephone or electronically. Communicate with customers regarding any challenges to their order such as logistics, inventory adjustments, and more. Provide professional administrative support for the location. Maintain and distribute product literature. Qualifications: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong accuracy in order entry and high organizational skills. 2–5 years of customer service experience. Ability to interact directly with customers on the phone and assist sales and warehouse staff with general administrative duties.
