
Service Desk Analyst

Description
TEKsystems large retail customer is in need of an experienced service desk analyst to join their team. The position is Monday‑Friday onsite, 8‑5, with an on‑call schedule: 1 week primary and 2nd week secondary rotating every 8 weeks. The analyst will provide both remote phone support and walk‑up support, and will use the ServiceNow ticketing system to handle all tier‑1 tasks, triage and route tickets to the appropriate teams.
Qualifications
2‑3 years of Service Desk experience, including endpoint management, account creation, MFA, peripherals, walk‑up and remote phone support.
Strong customer service skills, motivated, independent, capable of handling executive‑level customers and maintaining a high level of service.
Ticket management experience (ServiceNow or similar) with ability to route and update tickets.
Lexmark printer support experience is a plus.
