Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced
Personal Lines Specialist

Compensation Package
Salary Range : $55,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities
Build and grow a personal lines book of business with a focus on home and auto insurance.
Drive new business sales by leveraging provided leads and personal initiative.
Maintain and retain existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer service.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses : Property and Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC software preferred.
Soft Skills :
Driven and self-motivated.
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
