Document Processing Specialist
for a prominent client of ours. This position is based in Albany, NY. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description
Pay:
$20–$21/hour (starting rate)
Duration:
6-month assignment with potential for extension or conversion based on performance and budget
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (Onsite)
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer service by analyzing requests, ensuring compliance and accuracy, resolving or escalating issues, and managing requests through completion while effectively communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.
Support corporate legal document fulfillment and Service of Process (SOP) functions by reviewing and submitting filings (e.g., incorporations, formations, document retrieval), conducting compliance checks, and managing the intake, processing, and distribution of legal documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Process state and customer documents using established procedures and Microsoft Office tools; contribute to process improvements through data analysis; and collaborate with team members to support training, policy implementation, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
6+ months of document processing or data entry experience required
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands from internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent data entry and analytical skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in a high energy setting
