We are partnering with an investment firm seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Investor Relations team. This is a high-visibility role supporting a fast-paced group responsible for external communications and investor engagement.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a polished, deadline-driven environment and enjoys being a true partner to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to senior members of the Investor Relations team Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reporting Maintain and update CRM systems and investor contact databases Assist with investor meetings, roadshows, and event logistics Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and materials Serve as a key point of coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders Qualifications
3+ years of experience supporting investment teams within the asset management space Strong CRM experience is required Exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking skills High level of discretion and professionalism Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment $130K - $160K TC, dependent on experience Fully covered benefits Collaborative, high-performing team environment
