The Role We’re looking for a
Growth Marketer
who can turn ideas into measurable growth at our Boston office. This is not a traditional marketing role. You won’t just run campaigns — you’ll
build and optimize the system that drives pipeline and revenue .
What You’ll Do
Own and improve the end-to-end growth funnel — from first touch to qualified pipeline
Design and run experiments across channels (paid, lifecycle, landing pages, outbound support)
Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities in the funnel
Build, test, and iterate on messaging based on real customer behavior
Partner closely with sales to improve lead quality and conversion
Work with product to improve onboarding, activation, and user experience
Identify and scale new acquisition channels that can drive sustainable growth
Bring structure to growth: define metrics, track performance, and make decisions based on data
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business or related field
3–6 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation
Background in B2B SaaS, adtech, martech, or data-driven products
Strong analytical mindset — you’re comfortable working with data and making decisions from it
Experience running experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimization, channel testing)
Ability to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and execute without heavy structure
Strong ownership — you don’t wait for direction, you identify problems and solve them
