An opportunity for an experienced Lead Superintendent to take full ownership of complex, large-scale commercial projects across DFW. This role is ideal for a hands‑on field leader who thrives on delivering high‑quality builds, leading teams on site, and driving safety, schedule, and quality from mobilisation through closeout. Description
Lead day-to-day field operations on large, ground-up commercial and institutional projects
Enforce best-in-class safety practices and ensure full compliance with site safety programmes
Manage subcontractors, trade partners, and vendors to maintain schedule and quality standards
Drive construction sequencing, critical path scheduling, and site logistics planning
Coordinate closely with project management, design teams, and ownership representatives
Review drawings, specifications, submittals, requests for information, and field changes
Produce daily field reports and weekly schedule updates while proactively resolving site issues
Profile
10+ years of construction experience with at least 5 years in a superintendent or lead field role
Proven background delivering large commercial, institutional, education, civic, or healthcare projects
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, subcontractor management, and site safety leadership
Experience using construction management software such as Procore and scheduling tools
Clear communicator who can lead diverse site teams and engage confidently with clients
OSHA 30 certification and valid driver's licence preferred
