The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of Escrow Assistant experience and 2+ years of front desk/receptionist experience. Key Responsibilities
Assist with all aspects of the escrow process under the guidance of Escrow Officers
Handle front desk duties including greeting clients, answering phones, and organizing office tasks
Maintain organized files and documentation for escrow transactions
Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and lenders
Perform administrative tasks to support the escrow team
Ensure all escrow transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
Key Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of Escrow Assistant experience or Front desk experience at a Title Company
2+ years of front desk/receptionist experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
