We proudly serve homeowners throughout the Tri-State area, delivering 5-star plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical services through a proven, customer-focused service system. Harris is currently in search of an experienced Customer Service Rep!
Pay rate: starting at $20/hr
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver 5-star customer service on every inbound and outbound interaction—our customers are the reason we do what we do
Professionally handle inbound calls and make outbound follow-ups to convert conversations into booked opportunities
Accurately collect, verify, and document customer information in all systems
Take ownership and pride in the quality, accuracy, and consistency of your work
Communicate with customers through phone, live chat, email, portals, and other electronic platforms
Actively manage customer satisfaction by completing happy calls, sending follow-up communications, and responding to reviews when assigned
Take full ownership of the customer experience from first contact through resolution
Collaborate as part of a team that shares ideas to improve call flow, processes, and the overall customer experience
Maintain a positive, professional attitude and demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow, and adapt every day
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally on inbound and outbound calls
Proficient typing skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software systems and applications
High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and proper documentation
Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Positive, optimistic attitude with a people-first mindset and strong customer focus
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly, collaborate, and work well on a team in a fast-paced call center environment
