Role Mission Real Estate Photographer & Field Operations Specialist

– independent contractor (1099). Provide visually compelling photography, 3D tours, lockbox installations, and property walkthroughs to create high‑quality digital listings for rental properties. Work independently across a 35–50+ mile radius, ensuring each property is “rent‑ready” and meets our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Storytelling:

Deliver 15–25+ professionally edited interior and exterior photos per assignment.

Immersive Tech:

Capture Zillow 3D tours and digital floor plans with a 360° camera.

Property Stewardship:

Conduct initial walkthroughs and submit comprehensive condition reports.

Operational Logistics:

Manage pickup, installation, and battery maintenance of smart lockboxes.

High‑Velocity Response:

Respond promptly to new assignments, ensuring a 24‑hour turnaround on all reports and deliverables.

Territory Mastery:

Serve local community and surrounding region; travel within 35–50+ miles as needed.

Qualifications

Proven Experience:

Strong real‑estate photography portfolio.

Tech‑Savvy Toolkit:

Professional gear including a high‑quality wide‑angle lens and a 360° camera compatible with Zillow.

Editing Expertise:

Advanced photo‑editing skills.

Mobile Proficiency:

Updated mobile device capable of high‑detail images for walkthrough reports.

Collaborative Spirit:

Excellent written communication and professional demeanor.

Reliability:

Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, flexible schedule for multiple shoots per month.

Location:

Must live within 35 miles of the market area.

Quantity of Jobs Job requests vary by market; contract 1099 position with 3–10+ jobs per month on average. Candidates should be flexible initially as workload grows.

Compensation

$225–$325+ per listing appointment (varies by property size and scope) – includes professionally edited photos, Zillow 3D tour, floor plan, initial walkthrough report, and lockbox installation with key management.

$50 per hour for additional as‑needed tasks.

Lockbox Pick‑Up:

$30–$60 per lockbox (depending on distance).

Travel Compensation:

Paid for travel exceeding 35 miles each way (70 miles round trip); reimbursed at $1.20 per mile beyond this threshold.
