Credence is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to provide comprehensive support to the Acquisition Hub (Acq Hub) within the AC Directorate of Space Systems Command (SSC). This role focuses on enabling digital transformation and workforce development initiatives through strategic HR solutions, data‑driven insights, and the deployment of innovative tools and platforms. The HR Specialist will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support the Strategic Career Action Plan (SCAP), onboarding, mentoring, training, and performance management programs.

Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Digital HR Solutions & Tools Support:

Support the development, deployment, and maintenance of digital HR tools including SCAP, 360 Performance Review Tool, Mentor Database, and Interactive Onboarding

Assist in the design and implementation of web‑based applications and user interfaces using platforms like SharePoint and Open Text Content Server

Data Management & Visualization:

Maintain and update HR‑related databases and systems to ensure accurate tracking of personnel data, training, and performance metrics

Use tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Python to visualize workforce data and generate actionable insights for leadership

Policy & Process Development:

Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining HR policies, implementation guides, and standardized processes in alignment with SSC, USSF, DoD, and OMB directives

Identify and pilot policy changes to support organizational transformation

Training & Onboarding:

Coordinate and track training initiatives using tools like ADLS, DAU, and AFMS

Support onboarding and outreach efforts to enhance recruitment and retention strategies

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with SSC personnel and contractors to ensure effective implementation and adoption of HR tools and processes

Provide coaching and support to users on digital tools and HR systems

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure compliance with data governance standards and the Digital Accountability and Transparency Act (DATA Act)

Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership to assess workforce trends and program effectiveness

Active secret security clearance is required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

3+ years of experience in HR, workforce development, or talent management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and HRIS systems

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and basic data analysis

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives

Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting DoD or Space Force programs

Knowledge of SSC‑approved software tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Platform1)

Understanding of federal HR systems and databases (e.g., MilPDS, DTS, ATAAPS)

Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) or Agile (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master)
