Customer Service Representative (Carroll Concrete – Newport, NH)

What you will do
Provide exceptional customer service to our customers through inbound and outbound calls.
Track and monitor our fleet of trucks as they deliver our products.
Maintain accuracy and professionalism while working in a fast‑paced environment.
Must exercise discretion; this position requires handling confidential information.
Work may involve early mornings or late nights, expected overtime during the busy season (April–December) including some Saturday work.
Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and dispatch trucks to deliver mix across New Hampshire and Vermont.
Spend 90% of time customer‑facing; 10% internal teamwork coordinating with the Dispatch Manager, QC team, and resolving occasional AR questions.
