Position Commercial Property Manager
Location Remote
Employment Type Full‑time
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day management of commercial properties (office, retail, industrial, or mixed‑use)
Prepare and analyze property financials, budgets, CAM reconciliations, and forecasts
Build, maintain, and update property cash flow models using ARGUS Enterprise
Analyze lease structures, rent rolls, expense recoveries, and valuation scenarios
Coordinate with leasing, accounting, and asset management teams
Manage vendor contracts, maintenance, and compliance requirements
Maintain strong tenant relationships and handle escalations professionally
Support ownership with reporting, performance insights, and strategic recommendations
Requirements
Proven experience as a Commercial Property Manager
Strong hands‑on ARGUS Enterprise experience (must‑have)
Solid understanding of commercial leases, CAM, and operating expenses
Financial analysis and budgeting experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Excel and property management systems (Yardi, MRI, etc. is a plus)
